Test Program development – Board Level

 

• Design For Testability (DFT) – analyzing electronic schematics, recommend for better faults coverage, and define the best test tools using in production line.

• Test program development using JTAG boundary scan (IEEE 1149.1 & 1149.6) merged with board level functional test and CPLD & Flash programming.

• Keysight 3070 ICT (In circuit Test) develop test program using in house system.

• Design and manufacture bed of nails fixtures for ICT and Functional test.

• Design and manufacture boards as part of test solution integration.

• Installation and training at customer site.

• Follow up with customer needs for electronic change order (ECO) at customer site.

Turnkey Test Program Design for Board and System Level

 

• Turnkey Hardware and software Functional test solutions based on customer needs, help with define Statement of work (SOW) for manufacture process line.

• Define the best test and measurement instruments from standard T&M in the market, it could be IEEE488, PXI, LXI etc…

• Design and manufacture PCB specific for the test solution if needed.

• Software development GUI (Graphical User Interface), Run Time execution, define data base for collection results from manufacture line.  

• Using standard Test software tools such as: ATEasy, LabVIEW, CVI ,Linux

• Design and manufacture mechanical fixtures to the Unit Under Test (UUT) in board or system level

• Maintenance contract for hardware and software at customer site.
