ATS has acquired Presto Engineering operations in Migdal HaEmek in June 2015 and continues its operation in the following fields:

·         Reliability and qualification (including ESD/Latch-Up, HTOL, HAST, TMCL)

In 2012, Presto Engineering has acquired the operations of ITH (Israel Test House Ltd). Since the early 90’s ITH provided back-end design and production stages support for the semiconductor industry. ITH offered design, manufacture, testing, and logistic services; evaluation and functional testing of active VLSI devices; engineering level tests; wafer sort and final test production services.
